Fragments of Light is built from overlapping angular forms in cool grey, ivory, black, and gold. Its segmented structure creates a composed visual field in which light appears in discrete intervals rather than as a continuous flow.
Layered tonal passages and restrained geometric movement establish a sense of order and spatial clarity, while gold leaf introduces subtle points of reflection across the surface. The work creates visual breathing space within its controlled composition, allowing light, surface, and form to remain in a measured relationship with the surrounding environment.
