Orbits of Becoming is organised around a radiant centre from which sweeping arcs unfold in continuous rotation. The interplay of deep blue-black, ivory, and gold creates a strong sense of directional movement, drawing the eye through the composition rather than towards a single fixed point.
Layered metallic surfaces catch and reflect light across the composition, creating subtle shifts in tonal depth and visual intensity as viewing conditions change. The work holds a tension between centrifugal movement and visual cohesion, while its outward flow creates a strong focal presence and a sense of dynamic expansion within the surrounding space.
